Delivery (Service Fulfillment)
At Becasearch SEO Agency, all our services are digital. Therefore, no physical delivery is required.
The fulfillment of each service depends on its type and scope:
- SEO Packages, Content Services, and Technical Optimization: Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email detailing your project start date and delivery plan.
- Consulting and Analysis Services: After payment confirmation, your consultation process typically begins within 1–3 business days.
- The specific delivery timeline and service details are clearly stated in each client’s proposal or agreement.
Refund Policy
Since SEO and digital consulting services are customized and labor-based, once the project has started or service has been delivered, cancellations or refunds cannot be accepted.
However, refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- If the payment has been made but the service has not yet started, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to seo@becasearch.com.
- Once approved, the refund will be processed via the iyzico payment system and returned to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.
Payment Security
All credit and debit card transactions are securely processed through iyzico (iyzico Payment Services Inc.) using the 3D Secure system.
Becasearch does not store or share your card information with any third party.
